Castlemaine Birth & Bodywork

Supporting people to feel at home in their bodies

20260511 170920

Supporting folks across Central Victoria with heart-centred and skilled body-based care and education.

I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy for people of all ages, alongside specialised support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Your body is not separate from your experience. Your body holds your history, your transitions, and your capacity to move through challenges. Receiving attuned bodywork honours your body as a place of deep intelligence, memory and transformation – every experience we have is lived through the body. When your body experiences deep listening and skilled touch it is supported to digest and integrate your life experiences. Then the innate health you were born with expresses itself with a radiance that is your birthright.

What I offer

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a somatic therapy rooted in osteopathy. It offers deep support for the nervous system.

Birth Education
and Doula

Birth is a peak life event – it is a rite of passage in which self-transformation is a given. Engaging a doula is a powerful layer of support for empowering your birth experience.

Pelvic Care & Scar Tissue Release

I offer gentle and respectful bodywork support across all stages of life and in response to a range of pelvic and scar tissue challenges.

About Amanda

When not marvelling at the magic of bodies, I can be found walking the tracks around Castlemaine with my dog. Dancing, singing, swimming, snorkelling and rollerskating bring me immense joy. The song of black cockatoos overhead makes my heart sing. Completing a crossword brings a special kind of satisfaction. Meal preparation is a daily creative act. Two amazing teenagers keep me practising hard in the life dojo. Time with friends is the icing on a delicious and decadent life cake. My preferred pronouns are she/her.
